The research project aims to develop safer, more efficient and sustainable work environments in the manufacturing sector through the implementation of adaptive training and retraining programs based on the study of the attentional and cognitive load of workers. The main objective is to identify and mitigate gaps in current training practices, proposing an innovative approach to training based on adaptivity. Adaptive training means integrating advanced technologies and a personalized approach based on real-time monitoring of workers' cognitive and motivational loads in order to deliver adaptive training and/or retraining programs to improve workers' skills. The goal is to create a highly personalized, intuitive, and accessible learning environment, taking into account the specific cognitive and learning needs of workers. The platform model will extend its customized methodology based on artificial intelligence and machine learning to the needs of workers, addressing the unique challenges that may arise in this situation.
