Be a PhD candidate is a multitasking effort. In a two-days workshop, the students from CU2 improved their skills relating to scientific publication process.
On 28-29 September 2023 a CU2 (Socio-Economic Risks and Impacts) training event took place at the University of Pisa. PhD students of the 38th cycle were offered a two-day workshop aimed at providing helpful insights on the scientific publication process. Through lectures, discussions, and working groups, the PhD students had the opportunity to explore the basics of editorial processes while also becoming aware of predatory publishers and conferences.
