The final Curriculum (CU) event of the season, CU3 (Technology and Territory), took place at the Università degli Studi di Brescia from July 22-24, 2024, before a well-deserved break.
Did you know that speed dates aren't just for finding love? Our CU3 PhD students showcased their communication skills through "research speed dates" and a conference, with activities ranging from quick, informal five-minute pitches to classic academic presentations. The result? Engaging presentations and lively discussions!
This event provided a fantastic opportunity for our 37th-cycle students to practice for their thesis defenses and for our 38th-cycle students to gain experience as conference organizers, chairs, discussants, and moderators.
