I hold a Master Degree in Law and I have obtained the national license as attorney. I have worked as a trainee lawyer and as a judge assistant for more than one year in the area of contract and company law. My major objective is to specialize and deepen my knowledge in the field of sustainable finance and corporate governance.

The focus is analysing the role of institutional investors in sustainable corporate governance, with special regard to the ways in which soft law and hard law promote their stewardship activities regarding ESG. The other key aspect is to assess the level of transparency of the disclosures on ESG factors of the asset managers and to identify greenwashing practices through a punctual analysis of the sustainability reports of the top asset managers.
