I am a Geo-informatics Engineer with an Integrated Master of Technology degree specializing in Geo-informatics from Central University of Jharkhand, India.
My choice for study of an advanced degree in Geoinformatics at graduate level was informed by the desire to develop a better understanding of the environmental data framework by acquiring satellite datasets, processing, analyzing and interpreting it for the spatial information. I am experienced in working with large data analysis of satellite remote sensing data in the domains of atmospheric sciences and air quality monitoring.
My research objectives include evaluating the performance of low-cost air quality sensors by collocating them with reference monitors and comparing measurements of the two to determine the reliability of air quality compact sensors. A further objective is to check the main pattern of the measurements such as the variability of the pollutants in characteristics over a geographic region, expected diurnal variations related to vehicular emissions.
