About me

I am looking for ways to integrate the social and environmental dimensions of sustainability to reach increased level of inclusion in cities. Thanks to my professional experience in the third sector, I devoted special attention to those that are most vulnerable and marginalised and I aim to find new inclusive and just ways to respond to the challenges of climate change in the urban context.

My research

The aim of my research is to explore the impact of urban green infrastructures on marginalised and vulnerable groups, whose claims have traditionally been neglected, looking at the often invisible social, cultural and political repercussions. Adopting a feminist political ecology approach, I aim to employ interdisciplinary research methods to analyse impacts of urban greening and identify innovative and inclusive greening strategies.
