After receiving his Master's degree in Analysis of Social Processes from the University of Milan Bicocca in 2#N/A2#N/A, he worked as a data scientist and was involved in several national and European research projects on media and narratives. His research interests include news production and framing in media events; intermediality and media ecosystems; populism, collective identity and political communication; media representation of climate change.
The project investigates how the link between climate change and extreme weather events is represented and communicated by the media. Through a case study approach, media content will be analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, ranging from discourse analysis to text analysis. The aim is to provide an overview of the media ecosystem, highlighting relevant content, actors, and barriers in the news production process.
