About me

I studied philosophy at the university of Turin, where i obtained a bachelor's degree in theoretical philosophy summa cum laude and "dignità di stampa", supervisor Prof. T. Andina. My interests mainly concern classical metaphysics, to show the speculative continuity between Parmenides and St. Thomas Aquinas. My other aim is to highlight how classical metaphysics remains a stable possession even within the contemporary philosophical frameworks.

My research

My research starts from ecologism as a case of transcendental praxism. The form of praxism is antimetaphysicism, i.e. the dogmatic reject of metaphysics as a stable doctrine of being. My research, also through a parenthesis devoted to philosophy of law, aims at showing that metaphysics of being still stands today as the only theoretical horizon in which it is possible to think about the great problems of humanity, including the environmental one.
