Environmental and Development Economics
I am a PhD student with a Master's degree in Environmental and Development Economics. My academic journey has fueled a deep-seated interest in sustainability. The focal point of my academic exploration was my master's thesis, where I investigated the role of cooperatives in advancing the transition to a circular economy. This research allowed me to merge my passion for economics with a commitment to environmental sustainability.
My research project delves into the "twin transition," specifically examining the role of cooperatives in the shift towards a circular economy. Employing a hybrid methodology, I integrate both qualitative and quantitative approaches for a comprehensive understanding. The aim is to analyze the impact of cooperatives in this transition, offering an integrated perspective on how they can effectively contribute to sustainable change.
