My research background mainly lies in the area of nonlinear Dynamics and Vibration while I was able to gain great experience in the digital world by developing some software and a website. My Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees were both in Mechanical Engineering from public universities in Iran. My aim for the future is to do more research in Vibration to be able to utilize it for human being benefit.

My research in the PHD_SDC program is to design a vibration-based energy harvester. The method here is to increase the system’s sensitivity to ambient vibration even to low excitations. To achieve this, we are using the system’s nonlinearity to our own benefit. After modeling the system mathematically and running computer simulation a test rig will be designed to validate the numerical simulation.
