I am an atmospheric physicist, but I also got a II-level master in Science and Management of Climate Change at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. I worked as junior researcher and climate data analyst before enrolling PhD-SDC Program. My technical expertises include netCDF analysis data, with both R and Python, and I know many tools to work in both Linux and Windows environments.

My research work at IUSS focuses on large-scale atmospheric dynamics, such as atmospheric blocking, and teleconnections. I aim to explore the relation between blocking and the Arctic region. In particular, Arctic Ampification is likely to have connections with the mid-latitudes weather and climate. I work with Python and ERA5 reanalysis to investigate these aspects of the climate system.
