I am Mariateresa Caggiano and I am from Bari. I studied at the Bari Polytechnic School of Management Engineering. I am a graduate student in the master's program in Operation Management. During my studies, I actively participated in projects promoted by my university regarding sustainability. It is a topic I am very attached to, so I have made my passion my job, looking for a combination of sustainability and digital innovation.

The focus of this research project is on exploring new potentialities andapplications for collaboration between two or more production systems that include a combination of people (competencies and skills), production factors (say, machines, equipment), and material resources (energy, water) to improve and strengthen working opportunities and relationships and, consequently, the level of sustainability of the production systems
