My research

The project aims to outline gender issues linked to climate change in existing cases of climate change litigation and to explore the opportunity of combining climate justice and gender equality claims in further legal actions. The cases are analyzed by applying Comparative Law methodology, focusing on legal standing and the role of gender issues in claimants’ requests and in judgments. Field research is planned to dialogue with the cases' actors.
