About me

I graduated to the High School as a Agriculture Technician. I got a single-cycle Master’s degree in Medicine Veterinary. My goal is to make my background available to help find some solutions to the problems that have been afflicting our ecosystems, climate balances, biodiversity, ecc. With my master's degree thesis I tried to find new applications in medical field for some waste products (fish skin), triyng to reduce fish's breeding impact.

My research

The aim of my project is to understand how the global warming is influencing VER's epidemiology and pathogenesis. The project is based on the inoculation of the virus under controlled conditions at different temperatures and different way of contamination. On several target organs will be conducted histological, immunohistochemical and molecular analysis. The fish species selected are: Dicentrarchus labrax, Sparus aurata, Epinephelus marginatus.
