My research question aims to identify how sustainability develops regarding the use and exploration of outer space and how ecosystems are characterized in space. Furthermore, it looks at which systems of governance of the outer space environment and its natural resources, including non-traditional frameworks such as indigenous ones, are the most suited to guarantee its sustainable use, especially in light of the future of lunar exploration.
