I have 3 years of work experience in audit and accounting firms in Bangladesh. It helped me to understand the auditing and reporting procedures. With this experience, I had one master in Financial Management in College of Management, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand and then another research master in Toulouse School of Management, Toulouse, France to strengthen my ability to conduct research.

My general research topic is corporate sustainability reporting. I am planning to conduct a meta-review in this topic for my first research paper in my PhD. And after getting a wider idea about the topic, I will go for empirical study which have rarely or never been done. My focal context is EU zone.
