I have an MSc degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Arba Minch Institute of Technology, Arba Minch University. I have ten years of work experience as a Lecturer at Arba Minch University. I have been a Project manager of the Sahay Solar project for seven years and served the Institution as a Director for the Renewable Energy Technology Research Center for two years.

My research project aimed to study and analysis of the different configurations of the energy conversion and electric propulsion systems on board vessels, especially focusing on the several pilot projects in the sector. Subsequently, integrated configurations of energy conversion, storage and electric propulsion systems will be developed, with particular reference to multi-source, multi-level and/or modular solutions.
