Conservation Scientist
Hailing from the ancient city of Xi'an, I have dedicated nearly a decade to the study of cultural heritage conservation in Italy. My passion lies in the intersection of science and art, particularly in applying scientific methods to preserve artworks. I am thrilled to contribute to the preservation of our cultural heritage, ensuring that memories endure and cultural coherence is enhanced.
I am focused on developing sustainable conservation strategies for urban art. My research involves material characterization and degradation studies using techniques such as PyGCMS, ATR/FTIR, colorimetry, and SEM. For graffiti cleaning on contemporary murals, we are developing an evaluation protocol for restorers working in situ. Future studies will include comparative analysis between green chemical and many others.
